Which ski resort are we delivering to?

The French Alps span a vast area, due to road conditions and the distances between ski resorts, we cannot guarantee delivery to every location on every date.

Therefore, deliveries are coordinated in advance based on the specific ski resort, dates, number of meals, and feasible delivery routes.

In the shopping cart, you have the option to submit an order form instead of making a payment.

Yes.

We package our meals in high-quality containers designed for refrigeration and microwave heating.

The containers withstand temperatures from -18°C to 120°C.

Absolutely!

We’re happy to accommodate group orders. Please contact us before placing your order so we can arrange a suitable price and delivery plan tailored to your group.

In the checkout form, you can select only one delivery date, which will include a single delivery fee.

If you wish to place an order for multiple days and receive several separate deliveries, please contact us to coordinate the dates and receive a price quote.

All our meals are shipped cold.

We prepare the food fresh and cool it immediately to a safe temperature.

Throughout the delivery process, we maintain the required cold chain to ensure the meals stay fresh, safe, and of the highest quality.
